Day 11 - Errands, Floats, and a Resupply Run

Standing on a sandy shore of the Colorado River

Today was a mixed bag of rest, errands and resupply. While the river took a break from us, everyone split off for their own thing. Cortney and Ethan teamed up with some friends for a float trip, making the most

of the mellow water while soaking up the day. Jonathan decided to stretch his legs and hit the trails for a solo hike, getting some miles in, off the river.

As for me, I headed into town to take care of the essentials. Loaded up on supplies, grabbed the gear we’ve been missing, and made sure we’re stocked up for the next leg of the journey. Sometimes, the off-river hustle is just as important as the time on the water.

Tomorrow, we regroup, restocked and ready to keep pushing downstream.
